The candidate will require to perform different tasks, these tasks will provide better understanding, if the candidate is competent in the HVAC industry, the evaluation is one day evaluation, the evaluation can be conducted on candidates that wish to attend trade test, for companies to evaluate an employment of a candidate and for existing employees that are in line for promotion.
The objective is to evaluate the candidate in different tasks and work performance, this will allow a better understanding if more training is required to build confidence and gain the needed skills.
